Our bread is baked with love, passion, and care!

A love of good bread and a desire to work collectively are at the foundation of the Blue Scorcher. Our breads are the heart of the bakery.

All our breads are made with organic flours, stoneground when possible, and are baked on a stone hearth with steam.  

We bake several classifications of bread:

  • Enriched specialty loaves
